Order not received, cannot get a response, awful service

Ordered a kitchen trolley on 6th January, verynice2.com took full payment. Waited 14 days, no trolley arrived. Telephoned and after a number of tries spoke to someone who said verynice2.com should be receiving a delivery 'next week' - sounded quite vague.

Another week passes, no delivery. Emailed 3 times (including to Laura, the so-called customer services manager - don't think she actually exists, or if she does she's not doing a very good job) - asking for either confirmation that the trolley will be delivered, and if not, for a refund. No response.

Have tried to phone numerous times - no-one answers.

Have contacted my credit card company who are arranging to refund the money and will be contacting Trading Standards.

If the product is out of stock, fine - just let the customer know, respond to communication and do not take payment for goods that are not going to be received.
