after several failed attempts to contact verynice2 by e mail with no response and three phone calls with lie after lie promising delivery next week i cancelled my order in a return e mail to clare shipton again no response so i rang again today initially fobbed off by the excuse that the system was down so duly checked to find they were still taking new orders!!!! so today have contacted consumer direct 08454040506to ask their advice so i now have to send a recorded delivery letter telling verynice2 i wish to cancel my order and exercize my rights under the distance selling act to a full refund within two weeks as i should have been offered a refund as soon as they failed to fulfill the contract within the 30 days as laid out in distance selling act if i am not refunded within two weeks consumer direct will pass to trading standards to take appropriate action suggest you all do the same!! as a footnote does this review site actually achieve much given that i ve had no response to two messages in three weeks what action can this review site take against bad traders?? its a pity this review site doesn t pop up at top of google search for verynice2 maybe thats one for google to consider in these days of making internet safer!!!

The case has been resolved.

Company has admitted their mistake and the case no longer requires any action.
been refunded but never recieved a single response from verynice2 to countless e mails or to arrange refund they have no integrity at all pathetic!!!
