how long are websites given to respond and what action does e customer take against traders who dont respond there are countless people who recieve no response at all from verynice2.com what is done about this??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Dear bennyboy. Thank you for your feedback.
To combat any feedback suppliers have 20 days to respond. Actually both parties are treated equally and have the same time to respond (20 days).
If Company does not respond Administrator adds a message that Recipient exceeded 20 days and reviewer has again a chance to write.
If both recipient and reviewer exceed 20 days case is automatically closed.
I understand that you are waiting for a supplier to come back to you with their response but what I can say is that your review had been sent to a company and it is up to them to react.
eCustomerSatisfaction is a people powered system to make the internet a safer place for shoppers and suppliers but we cannot force anyone to respond.

Thank you for suggestion that search engines could have a pop-up with reviews.
We are finishing our prototype of the plug-in you will be able to use which is going to do exactly as you suggested.
If you are interested in testing it please let me know.

thanks for replying so quickly i take on everything you say so thanks it helps to know that customer reviews can make a difference i would like to test prototype plug in as i shop online a lot and for most part traders are honest and very helpful some even go the extra mile to make a massive difference i can honestly say that verynice2.com are the worst i have ever experienced and anything that helps consumers review a traders history prior to placing an order is a must it might even close o few rogue traders down
