We went to quite a few companies for quotes to get the front of our house double glazed and, as expected, we got a few of your proverbial double glazing salesmen turn up to give us a price, halve it because there was a BOGOF (buy one get one free) offer on today only, and then phone the boss to get an even cheaper quote because they "liked us".... Hmmm...

Anyway, we were lucky enough to get in touch with Sureline Windows, a company based in Eastbourne, but prepared to install in Brighton, where we live. They were cheaper than the other quotes that we had, but seemed like really genuine guys when they came over to do the quote. There was none of the usual 1980's hard sell tactics, just honesty and a really good quote at the end of the measuring and assessment.

Admittedly, we were a little dubious about going with the cheapest quote, but thought that with their 10 year guarantee and their CERTASS certification we'd give them a try.

What a great decision that turned out to be!!

Before doing the job, they gave us all the information we needed to select the right windows, they arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves and best of all the windows are great!!

I've come to expect some sort of disaster or at least to be mildly ripped-off when getting in tradespeople, but Sureline have proved my cynical view wrong. And because of that I thought I'd better give them a rave review...
