*** Stay away from FASTLANE International ***
1. They did not pick up the parcel for 2 days now
2. No-one in the office can give you any additional information why.
3. But the money is taken.

I ordered online service with FastLane and everything looked so smooth.
All addresses entered and payment went through.
Two days after my Customer called me with a complaint that the returning parcel had not been collected.
I contacted FastLane and at the from I got yawning girl saying Ffffaaaasssstttt LLLaaannnee.
Evidently not awake, but what would you expect on Friday morning? Why bother to work?
I was given few excuses about her lack of knowledge and instructed that 'as soon as possible' the puzzle 'why not picked up' will be solved and I will be notified about an outcome.
Then I was connected to another FastLane advisor who then took the same details from me and was using even more unspecified terms like probably, hopefully.
All that shows only that if you order with FASTLANE your parcel will HOPEFULLY be collected, PROBABLY delivered and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE paid.

If you call them you have to go through few messages like 'We are UK Premium Parcel Delivery Provider' and 'We deliver the World'. So far the only premium was their telephone number 08701122444 and they deliver the world if the only pick up from UK.
