Hi,
i read with interest your review of the wrt group. while my experience with them was no where near as bad as yours, i feel i was conned into purchasing something which is a totally useless marketing tool. i have not had one single enquiry from my point of sale business cards. i also have a pc repair business and hoped if i only got one job a week then it would pay for itself. what a complete waste of money!
i really would like to do something to either make sainsbury's aware of this or at least other small businesses. i'm sure sainsbury's have no idea that this just does not work and involves small businesses getting ripped off, i think they need to be told. as it is quite easy to wander into any sainsbury's and find other people who have been presumably ripped off by them it might be possible to get a petition together to make them aware.
because it's so expensive you kind of imagine that it's for a reason and that it works. funnily enough i was recently approached by them again asking if i would like to advertise with them, you can imagine how that conversation went!

I have written to the Police and to Sainsbury's and everywhere else these people advertise as well as to the OFT.
